just bought them new from Amazon for 230$
so should i go HID because i hear they are a pain to install of should i go halogen bulbs

HIDs a paint to install?............not really. most are plug and play.

its worth the money for HIDs, and they arent that hard to install

one more thing what kind of bulb does my 2003 accord use or were can i find that

2003 Accords take these bulb numbers:
9006/9005's The 9006 is the Low Beam bulbs, you can find them anywhere's, even at Walgreens Drug stores...
