okay well maybe not 30 hp but if you recall i had a hood emblem problem a little while back and so i got one of those plastic $9.00 ones at the honda place... BUT low and behold, no backing plate for it so they wanted to charge me $12.00 more for a backing plate, my answer HELL NO! so i took a trip to my friends laser cutter with a bit of plastic i had, then i ground it down to fit the slope, drilled the holes, now i just have to spray paint it black!
so, in all no hp gain, sorry, but look on the bright side! i just saved myself $12 by customizing my own backing plate

SN ..... that would oficially make you dangerous! But I'd love to see the custom parts that you could make!

 

One day when I get a shop I'm going to tackle making a fiberglass bumper and either put a red light behind it that comes on with the brakes or have it show through a word of some sort.... I'm not that great at custom stuff but I love working on things....

 

use a separate button so you can send a message to the guy in the BMW that thinks his $50k car makes him worthy of driving like an @s$ that just got roasted by your ROhonda!

i know a kid who knows a kid (ik.... i hate these stories as much as everyone else) that spliced into his backup wires and mounted a switch in his car.

that way when someone pisses you off you can really freak em out by switching on your backup lights randomly and revving it like your about to dump the clutch when the light turns green.

works pretty well too...
