They're the best of the ebay projectors, but far from OEM quality.
You want these:

One the ebay ones you found, the middle one is definitely low beam projector, the 2 outside ones are turn signals (I don't know if both work, 6th gen only has 1 signal/parking light), and the inside one is high beam reflector.

Not dim necessarily, they just don't have the light output compared to OEM housings. You probably will not notice a difference.

Get ones that look exactly like that, I doubt they will be advertised as "Anzo's" though. When I bought mine, they weren't. They were just listed as Accord Projectors and I lucked out by getting Anzos. Cost me $130 shipped, BTW, so you don't go getting yourself ripped off.
