Default Push Button Start

I've been looking for a push button start for my 06 Accord and finally found something that looks and works pretty good. Here's a pic. Got it from http://www.gallotech.com

looks good, personally would've prefered an OEM S2000 start button, but whatever. Mods are going to come by and remove your links...

S2000 is good looking but there is no place to put it near the ign key unless you drill a big hole in the dash. I think most guys are mounting it in the cig liter hole which is too far from the key. Why would the mods remove my post?

How do you mount this particular one in the dash without drilling a big hole?

The forum rules don't allow direct links to other sites (don't ask me, I hate it), they'll just make them un-clickable.

You only need to drill a small 1/4 dia hole for the wire. the switch is a surface switch so u can mount it just about anywhere.

Wow this is so cool! I can start my car by pressing a button and by not turning the key! Where has this been my entire life?![sm=joke.gif]

You have to turn the key to On/II for the car to run, lol.

I know, that's what makes it pointless. Stick the key in, turn it, then instead of turning it again you reach for a button...

I use to think the same way until a friend suggested that I try this one. I have to say I love it. I think you have to try it as I did and I bet you'll change your opinion. By the way you can still start the car with the key. I always use thebutton though. My wife loves it also and wants one in her car.
