question regarding spoilers

Default question regarding spoilers

anyone know where i can find a polyurethane spoiler? and why are they supposedly better than a fiberglass spoiler? thanks in advance.

If your talking about a front air dam and side/rear skirts then urethane is definately a better choice. If your taling about a rear spoiler/rear wing, then fiberglass would be fine. Unless you plan on rolling your car. Urethane is flexable, whereas fibreglass will crack. If you are ultra-protective of your vehicle, you could probably get away with having FG. I chose urethane, because I know I would freak, if (when) I hit it wrong.

The air dam, side/rear skirts are urethane and the rear wing is fiberglass.
