I want to change my rear bumper for honda accord 2007 exl 4 cy. suggest me a place in northern california to pick the item myself. Also if i have to get it painted customized to my car color , how much does it cost me? how easy is to fix the rear bumper myself and how costly it is to get it fixed by a mechanic?

Also i want to get the rear tail lights fixed as well.
