Default recommendations for tint 5% or 15%?

I am looking into getting window tint done on a Cd5 Accord coupe with the tan interior and black exterior. The shop i'm going with offers 3m tint i am considering doing rear side windows 15% and the rear 5% or 15% on all 3. would 5% 3m FX Premium tint be too hard to see out of? i can install Cree LED reverse lights which are very bright but will it really make a huge difference? i am also a new driver and not very experienced so i need to see out the windows without too much hassle. i do not want to go lighter than 20% if anyone has experience with these tints please give me your opinion. Thanks!

It all depends on where you're located and what are the rules and regulations in your state then I could give you recommendations

New Jersey laws have no tint restriction on back windows driver/passenger/windshield no tint allowed I'm most likely doing 15% on my sides but I hear so many problems at night with 5% I have been in a car that had 5% all around it wasnt that dark but I was in the city so everything looks light I live in suburbs I generally don't do alot of backing up but was considering the cree led reverse, light upgrade but idk if it will make a huge difference or not my goal is to make the back seats barely visible from the outside I have a light grey interior as well

I have mY rear and two small windows on the back tinted with 5% and the front is 12% normally if its pretty Dark you have to roll a window down to back up. But over time I didn't need to. It looks nice keeps the temps better inside the car.
