Various ways: spray tint (DIY), tint film; such as Lamin-X (DIY or have shop apply); or purchase entire lenses already tinted.

Be aware if you are going with a replacement lenses or trying to remove the lenses to spray, the rear bumper has to be removed to access certain nuts holding the lenses assembly.

I have no idea; but, you can go to the Lamin-X website and then enter your zip code to find local vendor/installers and contact them.

Lamin-X shows pre-cut tail light film covers for your car for $69.95.

There are other brands of tint film; but, Lamin-X quality is one of the best, at least from what I hear.
