I have a 2011 Accord EX-L coupe, and want a 7" dvd/Nav stereo installed, what do i need to get for this to happen? will a 2008 accord dash kit fit my 2011 accord (dual climate control, double din) PLEASE HELP, thank you

gotcha, and the 2011 EX-L has a separate display for the climate control and radio. what i don't know is if the climate control display is tied to the radio - i.e. if you remove the radio do you lose the display? that is the first thing to figure out.

i didn't see him use the A/C system to see how the factory screen works.

2008 vs 2011 can have several differences. you own the car. start by unplugging the factory radio harness, and see if your display still works for A/C. if so - then you are free to upgrade the HU as you see fit.
