03 accord navi dvd disk read error

Hi, we just starting seeing this in the past few months with our V6 Accord as well. Can you point me to instructions on how to get Alpine to service the dvd unit? Is it through their website?

I didn't use a website but I called Alpine directly at 800-421-2284 to get their address. I shipped my navigation unit with a $158 check

I had same experience on my 2003 Acura MDX. Alpine makes the CD drive and will repair for a flat rate. No problems since and upgraded the CD w/o problems also.
