I have a 2004 Accord with the stock 6 CD Changer in dash. This unit is Brand new and replaces the malfunctioning unit I had. the radi works great and display is good. My problem is that when i hit the "Load" button for the CD's the red light flashed a few times and that was it. i now have 3 CD's stuck in this unit and they do not play or eject.

Is there a master reset on this or does anyone have any ideas?
I paid Best buy 55.00 to swap the units out and I am sure they will charge the same to do it all over again. so before I run that route I am hoping there is something I myself can try to get this working.

were you given the 5 digit CODE for the new radio? I assume so since it works.

disconnect the battery negative for a bit, to reset the head unit. then reconnect and enter the code. .
