I check all fuses under hood and floor dash there showing 12 to 14 volts, any suggestion would be appreciated

 

If the a/c wasnt blowing cold air it was probably the resistor that is right below the blower on the passenger side. I went to a junk yard and got a new one for 5 bux. brand new it is about 80. as far as loosing power to the rest of all of that stuff I dont know. you really need a schematic to see how the system works. I dont think that all of that is on the same circuit but it could be. hell it could be that resistor.
