Fairly simple question but my 2007 Accord only has steering wheel controls on the right side for cruise control but I was curious if it was possible to add working volume controls for where the blank panel is on the left side? I'm going to be installing an adroid head unit soon and thought i might try do this whilst I'm doing that?
Yes if you get the cabling for it. Try a junk yard. That's where I went when a added the nHonda Navi in my car I had to get the wiring harness for the call steering wheel buttons.

When you say to get the cabling for it. do you mean the wires attached to the buttons (as pictured) or is there another adapter/harness that is required?
