I was using the Iphone 4s for nav and the volume muted itself. I could not get the volume back while on the trip. A day later, it worked fine. A few days later, I was using the hands free to make a phone call and the volume muted in the middle of the call. This time it lasted a day and started working again. The radio volume was fine during these episodes. Anyone have similar experience?

happened a lot on my 2013 Accord V6 Navi, but I usually Stop/Start the car, after the system reboot everything seems back to normal. I think it's the Alpine system equipped with this model like other people said

Default 2014 Honda Accord EX-L Radio

I am a Newbie and am looking at the new 2014 Honda Accord EX-L (no navigation system) and wonder if the radio/blue tooth problems that many experienced in the 2013 Accord have been addressed ?
My wife and I are big music fans and all the problems talked about with lousy sound from the premium system and problems with phone connections etc. would drive me nuts. I am hoping the 2014's have addressed the problem. If not, we are also looking at a Ford Fusion.
Hope someone can shed some light on this issue.
Thanks

I have an iPhone 5 and have yet to have an issue with the bluetooth, Pandora, or phone calls. Not sure if it's a dual pairing issue.

The issue appeared to be resolved after a firmware updated (it's a recall) at the dealer when I had my car in for service. Now I love my Honda so much, if you're a music fans, Honda Aha on Slacker is awesome! the sound quality is like 2x of Pandora. I just wish my Honda equipped with premium speakers

i have a 2014 Accord Sport and a Droid Razr. Pairing is perfect and automatic. Pandora and BT calling/voice is perfect. I will also try this with the wife's Samsung S3.

Since the 2013 was a first gen system, i suspect the problems mentioned can be resolved with software updates by your local dealer.

you can look up compatibility of phones with Honda Link here:
