In the fusebox under the dash, there are 3 terminals for things to be plugged in to. One of which is always providing power, and the other 2 are accessories, only providing power when the car is on.

The two accessory terminals are no longer giving power, while the last one is. I've checked all my fuses (there and under the hood) and they are all good.

Any idea was to what this would be?
