Has anyone been successful at adding a back-up camera (from other Honda or Acura models) to the factory Nav unit/display in the '05 Accord?

I'm a newbee to this forum, and I searched for this topic, but didn't see any mention of this, although there is some mention of after market units, which is not what I'm really looking for.

If anyone has done this, can you please share your experiences on this and tell us how you did it?
