hi i want to buy (2) 10" Ev speakers with 2 tweeters and a nice amp and put the speakers into a enclosure...but i dont know what kind of amp to buy

EV speakers and horn type tweeters are very sensitive so you do not need much power to run them.
That is why they were popular back in the day as most amps did not have much power.
If that is what you want to run just about any amp will be fine for you.
