Default Factory Cd Changer / front speaker grill

I have the factory CD changer in my 96 Accord EX-L , I need to get a new one soon as the error code E01 is happening more and more. I have to take magazine out and replace it again, thatworks untill the error code comes on again. As you may or may not know my Cd chagner is mounted in the trunk. Is there one brand over another that I need to be concerned about here, when I decided to repalce it, as I may be trading my car in next year.
Also the front fabric on the grill covers in the doorsis nasty looking, is thereaway to repalce just the grill without taking the whole door off or do I need to take the whole door off.

Thanks for helping me out here!

those speaker covers should just pop off.... just grab the top and bottom of it and squeeze a little bit and pull and it should pop out...

Yeah, Ive never been able to pop out my door speaker grilles either

As for the cd changer, are there any parts you can spray with some electronic cleaner? Stuff works wonders, and dries super fast. Maybe something is just dirty.

You could always spray a light layer of carpet cleaner/stain remover on there a rub it gently.
