Default Factory CD player with aftermarket stereo

So I just wired up an aftermarket stereo to my car but I still have the factory cd player. Its attached by what looks like a male MIDI cable. The stereo has left and right female RCA cables as well as a usb port.
Is that a male MIDI cable and is there any way I can hook up the cd player? Or does the stereo have to have that function in order to do it?

And if thats the case do I have any other options?

I dont mind not having the cd player, I just then need to look for something to cover that gap up if I have no option.

pictures, please. that would help. there are ways to make the cd player work as a cd changer for the new radio but need to know exactly what we are working with here.

is it an external disc changer or is do you mean the factory head unit is still in the car?

Factory head unit. I dont mind buying a separate unit if its not too expensive. But id be nice to find an adapter seeing as there are RCA female cables in the back of the Mechless and that "MIDI" male cable in the stock cd player.

I cant find any adapters. But I'm not entirely sure thats an MIDI outlet.

Ok. Worse case scenario is that I dont have a cd player. But In that case I need to find something to cover up the gap.
