Default Factory Fit USB I-Pod Interface

Hi,

I have a 2009 Type S with factory fitted USB interface to the audio system for an i-Pod. When connecting the i-Pod to the system the audio system displays "No Data". I've followed the User Guide instructions by unplugging the i-Pod and trying again. I have also reset the i-Pod, which is another suggestion given in the User Guide but no joy.

Before I book the car in to the workshop does anyone have any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks.

This will probably get better answers in the A/V Electronics area, so I'll move it.

Issue now resolved. Connector behind the dashboard not fitted correctly - dealer suggests car left the factory that way!
