hey guys, i found a place where people meet up and test how loud your system is, they do it every friday night, pretty cool, anyways , my system hit a 133.6 on thier spl meter, anyone know if this is good, i have 1 jl 12w6 w/ a power akoustic amp and eclipse headunit, also is there anyway to get more out of my system? better box or dynamat??

 

i put in a cheaper version of dynamat in my 90 .. it's called fat mat. it made it more clear and less rattle. probably helps 1-3 decibles

 

gonna have to look into that, my trunk does rattle some, i am fixing to add another jl w6 and a bigger amp so it gonna really rattle then, how exspensive was it to do the whole trunk?

 

The guys in SPL competitions are routinely hitting 150+ so for a modest consumer setup, 133 is not bad.
