Alas, Kicker has upgraded their prices. $149.99 whereas a decent Pioneer is around $82.99-$99.99

:/

It all boils down to which store has what on sale.

Not terribly fond of any of the options.... Only marginally better than factory imho.

Save the money and invest in some really decent sounding speakers. Alslo, don't worry so much about the rears. Just upgrade the fronts first (if price is an issue). The fronts are the only speakers that really matter. After all, god made our ears facing forward for a reason.

Good luck.

I recommend Infinity, they have some really fair pricing for the loudness of the speakers. The reference series 6x9s would be good for the deck if you like quality sounds. Also the reference series components are like 199.99 for two 6.5" for the door, rivals alpine components... both sound good though alpine has a deeper roar and infinty has a better quality high.

I'm saving for Alpines in the front...where it matters as a forumer told me. I think Crutchfield has them for 99.99 or 79.99 not sure. But w/ the wire harness, they gave me directions of installing rear and front speakers...so thats good. And the instructions are highly detailed...unlike CAI or SRI instructions. lol.

But I finished installin the Pioneers in. I don't think they are made for my car...but it worked. I stripped the speaker harness and soldered copper wire to the according slots. Good thing they are 3 way. Pictures tomorrow.
