I was trying to install Navigation unit into my non Nav Accord 06.
All fits good but there is a problem to enter security code into Nav unit. I understood from someone that security code will be prompted on subdisplay. But I don't have it and can't find it even ;(
Anyone can share what should I do to enter that code without subdisplay ?
It should be covered in stereo manual which I did not get with the stereo...

 

Are you missing the code or just the subscreen?

If its the code you're after - you'll need to find out the VIN of the car it was pulled from and call the dealer, or if its a brand-new dealer sold unit, they should have the sale on file and also be able to look the code up for you.

As for the subscreen - i don't think its used for the code... see the attached pic:

Do you know if navigation module is needed for me to be able to use the stereo as 6CD only for now ?
