Default Ipod adapter - 2007 exl with nav

I would like to get a complete kit to integrate my ipod into the nav touch screen. Is this possible? I read on one site that i just plug the ipod cable into the back of the stock stereo, this cable is a data cable which includes charging.
I was looking at the neo prolink from "icarkits" does anyone have any experience with this kit?
I do not have built in xm. Any help or reviews is appreciated.

also look at Grom Audio, PAC-Audio, and USA-Spec for iPod adapters. simply enter your vehicle info on their site and browse their options.
