Default JVC KD-G830

OK So I just bought this unit:
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nfOXhiT...30&i=105KDG830

If you look in the full description (under the Read More link) you'll find the following text:
You may be distracted from enjoying your musical options by the 3-D graphics on the variable-color display. You can choose from over a thousand different display colors, and load in still images as well as animations. You can even personalize it to show an image of your choice when playing tunes from a specific MP3/WMA folder.

I can not, for the life of me, find any documentation on how to do this... I've seen text similar to this on about 6 different head units, all of which are lacking this documentation.

Does anyone know where to find this documentation or know how to do it? I've been on hold with JVC for about 45 minutes now... Still trying to figure it out.

OK well JVC Finally answered...

The lady was extremely nice, and knew her stuff about the products they have.

She did a full extensive research, and even looked on Crutchfield's site.. She personally called them while I was on the phone to get them to correct it, as it does NOT support this..

Even though I'm disappointed it's not supported, I'm flabberghasted at the support they have and the willingness to go the extra mile...

I'll probably be a loyal customer for that.

how quickly we forget my friend! JVC is very efficient in their equipment's use of power. I like them as a company, but not for only having to wait 45 minutes to tell me that I can't do what I want and understood was possible.
