problem with after market fog lights

hey it seems im having a problem with my right fog light, it would turn on once in a blue moon,but the one on the left always turns on without problems? any ideas could it be the bulb almost dead or actually dead?

if its on sometimes and not on others it sounds like a loose wire.

Most likely the wiring. Inspect and post pics of wiring. Check all connections.
