Default Question about replacing factory stereo

I just bought a new Accord and incorrectly assumed since it had an auxillary input, I could control my iPod through the factory stereo. On another thread, I found that this is only possible if you have a satellite stereo which I don't. So my question is.......can the dealer replace the stereo I have with a factory satellite stereo? I know this is probably wishful thinking on my part. The 2nd part of my question is....can I buy an aftermarket stereo for the Accord that would give me this capability? One that won't look odd in the car given the design of the factory stereo.

Pic of your dash? There are several models.

Year/trim? 2011? LX/EX?

Default 2002 Honda Accord LX Sedan

Hello there, so I have had this beautiful machine running for 18 years. I recently got the stereo system upgraded. 10-inch subwoofer in the back, and all four speakers are running perfectly!
