Default Replaced my low beam head lights.

I just replaced my low beams with the PIAA 9006 ( HB4 ) XTREME WHITE PLUS. They were suppost to be a tint blue and they are not even the slightest blueand a littlewhite/yellow kinda still stock look. I know they are 4000K. Is the higher the Kalven the bluer they are or what? I am wondering if maybe i installed them wrong, they just arnt blue even tho they are blue bulbs with a blue tip. Sucks, i spent over $70.00 thinking they were gonna be extreme white with a blue tint, getting something similar to the stock look.

4000k has no blue in it ..... my highbeams are 4300k with a blue coating and put out a very white light. my 5000k HID's are white light with blue around the edges which I think i explained in a discussion on optics regarding HID conversion kits ...... as noted above, 6000k is where the light output starts turning blue ...... 8000k is purple.
