Default Resetting codes for Audio and Navi

Hi,
I am new here and happy about finding the site. While assisting with a jump start on my hubby's truck we noticed the battery post was slightly disconnected on 2007 Accord Ex V6. Hubby reconnected and when I tried to reset the codes the audio system returned but the Navi didn't. I was provided with two codes. Should I have used the Navi instead of the Audio code? Or should as do as previously suggested and disconnect the negative battery post and try again.

Thanks
****UPDATE: The screen just returned for the Navi system. I entered the code problem resolved. Curious though. All this occured this morning. My husband drove the car for the day and the navi screened returned about when he got back in the car. Is this delay the norm?
I didn't want to delete the post because the info might be helpful to others

thanks for the update.

did you re-enter the code - did you try both codes?

the delay may be normal, the system may need to read the drive or disc and re-load the memory. Honda isn't known for awesome navi systems.
