setup for accord 2006 coupe

2 MEMPHIS AUDIO MSYNC6 FRONT <-- 75 RMS
2 ALPINE TYPE-R IN REAR <-- 55 RMS
AMP: Soundstream XTA720.4

Anyone know if the depth of the memphis audio will be a problem?
