I want to do a side project. I want to build an Iso fourth order box. I am thinking 4 6.5s. any takers in helping in the design.

 

isobaric 4th order bandpass? what software do you have? I have Bass Box Pro 6

 

I have no software, yet. Just an idea that popped into my head. this would be just in the begging stage of the idea. no idea what I would even put it in. just want to build one.

I dont have the money for a 150 dollar program right now. but this is what I came up with using some freeware.

How does it look?



that is just for one sub. I guess I should do it for all four cumulative?

this is just something I drew up based on my extremely basic knowledge of 4th orders (I dont know any adjustments to make for push pull isobarics)
but it is 1 cubic foot ported, then two .5 cube sealed chambers.

4 inch aero 8 inches long. ported section (stand alone) should be tuned somewhere around 40 hz.
