suggestions for rear 6 1/2's

but there is to much of a difference with out rear's. with out them the sound stage is all f**** up. cause you just have bass behind you nothing else. i fade like 6-7 to the front and it makes the sound just right. you dont hear it from behinde you but its not missing

Easy on the cussing dude. Anyway I agree, rear speakers do play an important role in a car. Now, rear speakers arent always crap. If done right, they can sound great!

i got some kicker 6x9s that are awesome, i had them in my accord and everyone would talk about how great they sound, unfortunately my accord is retired, and i still have the kickers if you are looking for a great set, the model is k693 and im selling them for 70 bucks... paid 229 for em, i think i even still have the receipt, let me know if anyone is intesrested, just send me a message

I'm an installer, and in my opinion, Alpine makes a great speaker for the money. There Type R's sound great

so remi, u think alpine is no good? why? u have a bad experience? i think thier head units suck, but the speakers sound just peachy to me. Besides, not everyone can spend $500(i hope thats what you meant to write earlier, not 5000) on a set of rear speakers... Alpine 6x9"s only cost from $150 to $250 or so, and that sounds dam good to me

Well... I dont like their subs for the money. Mind you I havent fooled with the garage in 3 years, alot could have been done with alpines since then. I just lost my trust with them. But I agree with you, their decks arent that super, nor thier amps... not even to shake a stick at. Lol... and yes, I meant $5,000.00!

i infact do think alpine are $hit...... i mean there good for an entry level but as far as competition wise there not to great
ive seen all thses guys talk abotu there alpine $hit and then they run mouths off to others and in the end its them whos getting laughed at...
