I bought the USA spec so I can connect a MP3 and/or ipod to my stock radio. (will receive it tomorrow)
I found out how to take the panels apart but was wondering if there's enough space in the rear for the usa spec unit? or do I have to stick it in the glove compartment?

and where do you have the cable stick out of the dash? any help is greatly appreciated.

its a 04 ex coupe non-navi, 6-cd changer edition btw.

 

Initially, I drilled a hole in the back of the storage cubby and pulled the end of the cable between the radio and the box through it. But, later, I put it into the glovebox. Its hidden perfectly, but the cable will of course show when you hook up an iPod. I'd have preferred the storage cubby option, but I'm used the glovebox option now.
