Question USB Play back

I have hooked my flash drive to the usb port and it plays music, but the issue is that it only plays / shows one folder although the flash drive has multiple folders.
is there something I am missing on how do i view different folders on the display panel and select the folder i want to play.
Am new to honda

There may be a different solution, however what I had to do was load each song separately to the Flash, the AUX will then read them individually
Also, with the radio on and the car in Park, select Menu, then random

the head unit doesn't recognize nested folders. it just lists all album folders on the drive in the same alphabetic order as the folders.
