What Will I Need ???

Hey guys ive got a 03 honda accord ex v6, and ive got the stock 6 dick cd changer and im in the process of buying a oem honda navigation and was just wondering if im gona need anything else like wire harness, exc. also im getting the the trim on top of the dash with the eye. thanks here is a picture of my dash already installed, andi found a pic of a random navigation system on the interweb

can you explain what exactly a '6 dick cd changer is / does'?

i thought it might be like a tie rack mounted in the mens shower...but i guess it was just a typo.

not really sure what purpose it would serve anyway.
