Default Accord Alloy wheels

I have a 2001 Accored Ex sedan and the clear coat is peeling off of my rims. It's looking really bad and I need to know how I can get this repaired or prevent this from happening. I never use any harsh liquids or cleaning agents on my rims. I hate they way that it looks...Pls help!!!

Your only choice is to have them stripped and re-cleared or go for some different wheels.

Time to sand and buff and clearcoat and paint (opt.)

Instead of the big buck solution why not try removal (without marring the wheel finish) the decaying clearcoat?
Suggest scrubbing with Bon Ami or Scotch Bright No Scratch pads.
Neither will scratch the wheel finish.
Use a carnuba based wax to polish the wheel.
Might take iterations to get all or most clearcoat off.
If you use abrasives then likely scratch the wheel finish.
