Default Best dashboard notebook pads?

A bit trivial but every one I've bought is either hard to use or falls off.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - p

Not to discourage you, but why would you ever want to place stuff on the dash. What if you get rear ended? What if it falls? etc. Even a notebook can turn into a deadly object in an accident.
