How bad is it? Are you talking like a Huuuge area or a few small spots?

On my car, Ive noticed the clear coats coming off, most likely from rock chips. So I bought one of those touch up paints in a glass bottle from Wal-Mart, except it is clear coat. So when I apply it, it gets rid of that white and looks pretty good! Ecspecially if you get it to be flush w/ the surface.
Hmmm. I oughta try that on my car. I have one pretty good spot on the left rear fender that the clear coat has peeled off, and some hazy oxidation spots on the top of the car and the trunk lid.

Yeah! Give it a try, its like $3.47 @ Wally World. Try a small spot first to see how it looks.

A green scrubby? Might want to start with white or gray, as those are finer grits and would be less likely to do anything really bad.

I tried a variety of things and wound up with it doing next to nothing *L* The roof was oxidized enough that just waxing it by hand left some funky swirl marks (not that visible if you're not looking for it...) I left the camera at home so I don't have pictures but the wax did make the car look better unfortunatly it didn't reduce the visibility of that line or shine the oxidized area at all.... I was just using turtle wax but I think I need to go with something that will "simulate" a clear coat (if it exists)
