RE: Oxidation
i think i have a picture in my head about how your car looks and i think its pretty hopeless....thats just what happens if you dont wax your car all the time. im sure your not the original owner. your car needs some pretty substantial paint work though. maybe if you wet sand all that bad clear coat off and then give it a good wax it will look better.

RE: Oxidation
So true. My old VW Jetta, (red) went through this. I had a friend buff out the entire car. Then re-seal it and it looked like a million bucks. However it would last like 1 to 2 years then it was buffed again.

RE: Oxidation
my bf has the same problem with his 92 prelude. So can anyone tell me in laymens terms what to do because his poor car from the previous owner lived at the beach and the hood looks like it has dry skin..... We also deemed his car "swirls". So Swirls need some major work since we want it to look like a million bucks in all.

Hi, What does KLASSE do and where do I find it?
Thanks, Joe.

Klasse All in One is a paint cleaner. It's avaiable at autogeek, one of the sponsors on this site. As WB mentioned clay is the 2nd step after a thorough washing, well worth every minute of effort.
