removal of old pinstripe

Default removal of old pinstripe

i just removed my old pinstripe off of my car. if i look closely, i can see the lining where it used to be. what can i do to get rid of that? clay bar? wax? i have no clue...any advice?...or should i put a new pinstripe on??

i would think you can clay bar to get left over residue or watever and wax it. and if that doesnt do it polishing should do it. of course you can jsut wait til rtexaf answers he should know

It's more than likely it will have to be powerbuffed with a stout polish to make it invisible.

ok thanks guys...i just clay bar and used cleaner wax....it is still visible but it is alittle better...now i am goin to try to polish it...what kind of polish should i use? does the polish harm my clearcoat or paint??
