Default steering wheel cover

My steering wheel is all cracked and gross looking. I tried cleaning it hoping it was just dirt, but nope, the thing seems like its shedding and my hands feel gross after having them on the wheel. Anybody here have luck with those "real wood": steering wheel covers? I had one on my last car, but it didn't fit perfectly and looked goofy. Anybody have one on an accord?

I bought a wheelskins cover for my Civic b/c the steering wheel was doing that. The fit was great, you sew it on yourself, and it's been really good. Just recently the black has started to show wear, but I haven't even cleaned it in a year and a half since I put it on. All in all, a great cover. Comfortable too!

Seems simple to me...........either put a cover on it or replace the steering wheel. I would chose the cover myself.
