yea i had those projecters, the light was pretty poor. they do make a HID kit for projectors. its a different style bulb thou. have to speificy that when you buy them.

 

I have a pair of Heliolite 9004 XENON headlight bulbs sitting here on my desk and they say 12 volt 65/45 watt ...to bad you dont have a 86-87 Honda Civic which is what these fit

I think the HID's look great in the projectors. They are 5000k H1's. 35 Watts each. Installation is fool-proof: Connect the stock headlight plug to the kit and the kit to the new light. The hardest part is finding where to mount the ballast.

 

what is the ballast? is that where all the wires ultimately connect to?

 

basically yes. think of the ballasts as ignitors for the bulbs.

 

yeah, they are what i though they were then. also, tsxprojectors are such a different shape then our lights, how do they fit...or explain how that set-up works.

 

youre only using the projector assembly from the tsx headlights not the actual headlight. fitting the projectors in your headlights is a very custom process. you can probably look around gen7accord.com for a tutorial or at least an aid for you to see how its done.

 

my friend bought a kit off of angeleyes.com

he said its a conversion kit.
theres 2 bulbs. one like the e46 bmw- angeleyes
and the regular conversion kits for a lot of cars.
he said the installation was a breeze.
