All depends on how much money you have to invest into your swap.

Now the next question is do you want a n/a or a boosted set up?

Me personally I'd like to have a fully build n/a h22.
1. for respect...not many ppl have high hp numbers out of a n/a h22
2. Less maintenance then boosted set ups

or

Id personally like to have a fully buildlt and boosted h22 or maybe k24 with a fully builtlt and custom geared tranny. More towards the h22 since I don't know much about the K series yet.

wtf? Do you even know what you want? Do you even know what your gonna be spending your money on? Have you done a stitch of research on anything?
Not to sound like a @ss hole but this info is ALL OVER the internet...you just have to search for it. You can’t expect me to tell you what to build your car with cus it's your car. Ppl have diff. prefs on how and what they want done to their car. I can tell you what turbo and ect. to buy but you might not like that particular set up. You might want more power or a less lagging on spool ups. There are just too many combs you can do when building an engine. Do you even know what power plant you want to start off with? H/F/K series? do you know what the diff. series are? what car they came out of? How much power they make? What are the weak points in engines?
Search this web site www.cb7tuner.com and then come back to me on questions. You need to do some learning be4 you start moding your car.

Don't take this the wrong way I’m trying to help you but you have to help yourself 1st. Do some research on that web site and then get back with me and I can help you out more. G/L on your research!
