1996 EGR valve

i own a 1996 honda accord ex 4 cylinder vtec. the milage is 155,000. i replaced the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid. my check engine light still comes on with the code for "EGR valve insufficient flow". the light remains on all the time and does not go away. does anyone else have the same problem or know else can be done? as i said i replaced the EGR valve and EGR solenoid, is there a piece i missed? thanks.

This happen with my isuzu trooper .. engine check light still on .. after i replaced O2 sensor .. but I got a good mechanic , he remove the cluster and unscew one bolt ... and screw it again to another scew hole and the engine check light off.. this might not work for honda . i just try to give you an idea .. better ask dealer person ...
peace !!!!

insifficient flow,, it could mean that the egr passages are partially plugged..........Remove the EGR valve, look to see if there is a lot of carbon built up,,blow some carb cleaner in passage and if you have it,,,, compressed air ,,see if that helps ..
By the way you did clear the code ,,, right ?? and it came on again..?
