Default 1996 EGR valve

i own a 1996 honda accord ex 4 cylinder vtec. the milage is 155,000. i replaced the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid. my check engine light still comes on with the code for "EGR valve insufficient flow". the light remains on all the time and does not go away. does anyone else have the same problem or know else can be done? as i said i replaced the EGR valve and EGR solenoid, is there a piece i missed? thanks.

insifficient flow,, it could mean that the egr passages are partially plugged..........Remove the EGR valve, look to see if there is a lot of carbon built up,,blow some carb cleaner in passage and if you have it,,,, compressed air ,,see if that helps ..
By the way you did clear the code ,,, right ?? and it came on again..?
