EGR Ports cleaning - 1996 Accord EX-R
Hello All,
Just a post to mention that I've had the EGR ports on my accord cleaned out. This all started with a check engine light that resulted in a low egr flow code. We changed the EGR valve assy but the light came back with the same code. I had the tech take off the fuel rail and cover plates and all four egr ports were totally plugged. (Car has 378000 kms so no doubt it was due for a cleaning...) Put the old egr valve back on & well see if that ends the problem. Cheers.
