2001 v6 vtec misfire code every cylinder

2001 v6 vtec misfire code every cylinder
Coil over plug so no plug wires
no fuel filter inline so its not that
misfire is noticable down low, 2k rpms and under
170k miles
2001 v6 vtec auto
every cylinder is misfiring and I have no idea why.. its the only 6 codes the motor is giving. At higher rpms the engine seems to run much better then 2k rpms and under. hmmmm... any ideas?
