what model comes stock in the 02 accord. I already know its a 2.3L v-tec....is it a F22? or F23?

My 94 has the F22 and it's a 2.2L... I'm almost positive that your 2.3 is the F23 motor for the 02 accord.

DX 2.3L F23 non Vtec 135hp
All others except V6 2.3L vtec 150hp
all V6 models 3.0L 200 hp sweetness with autocrap transmission

i have the 2.3L v-tec LX not the DX. is it the sam thing.. is it the F23?

yes it is the F23 series motor I don't know the exact desigation
