Does a 2003 Accord 4 Cyl have a timing belt? Are the transmission problems with this year limited to the V-6?

No, the V6 has the timing belt. The 4 cylinder has a timing chain. As for the tranny problems, I have not had any probs with 65,000 miles. Knock on wood!
