3.2 TL Engine swap to Accord

FYI - You have a new car and it has a warranty, you don't need to swap in a TL motor. Chances are your car is automatic, right? By the time you bought the motor and everything else needed...you could've just bought a TL. It would cost you over $10k to do that swap.
Get an intake, exhaust, maybe a header....go from there if you really think you need the extra power.

What Blk said is basically true. Stay away from headers though, you have a four-cylinder. It takes away low-end power and replaces it with high-end power. Basically, slower acceleration.
